Why can't I proceed after entering my data?

I don't have an email address, can I still register?

An email is required. If you don't have one, you can use one of the many free services that provide email accounts such as Google, Libero, Tiscali, Alice, and others.

How can I modify my personal data?

Access your account from the side panel where you can edit your information: Name, address, email address, password, newsletter subscription, wishlist, orders, etc.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

No worries! You can request to reset your old password and create a new one, which will be sent to you via email. Click here and then click the link "Forgot Password?".

Orders

How can I know if a product is immediately available?

If a product is purchasable on the website, it is immediately available in our warehouses. If a product is temporarily out of stock in the warehouse, it will appear as sold out on the website and cannot be purchased.

Can I place an order by phone/fax/email?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to place orders by phone, email, or fax. If you're having trouble, you can contact our customer service here, or alternatively, we invite you to visit the nearest store.

How can I cancel an order I've already placed?

You can request to cancel an order by contacting our customer service within 12 hours of the order being placed and specifying your order number. We will contact you to arrange a refund method.

Is there a minimum online order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount is €10. For orders over €50, shipping is free.

Payment

How can I pay?

We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, and Scalapay.

Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not accepted.

Can I pay on delivery?

We're sorry, but cash on delivery is not available.

Are online orders secure?

All the information related to your order, your personal data, and your credit card are securely protected. We adopt the most advanced standards for data transfer and access to information. Payments made with credit cards have financial information (card number, expiration date, etc.) that is never stored.

Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

A flat fee of €5 (VAT included) will be charged for shipping on orders under €50. For orders over €50, shipping is free.

When will I receive my order, and how can I track the shipping?

Your order will be processed within 3 business days from the confirmation date.

What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?

The courier will make another delivery attempt, approximately the next day. If the order still cannot be delivered, the courier will leave a "failed delivery" notice.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

If you encounter problems with your order delivery, contact our customer service.

Can you ship abroad?

At the moment, international shipments are temporarily suspended and we are working to restore them as soon as possible. Delivery to the United States is not possible. Shipping costs vary depending on the country.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have to review the order and return it?

To exercise your right of return, contact our customer service within 14 business days from the day of receiving the order. All information about returns is available here.

For security reasons, we will only accept returns of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, and any packaging or accessories included. For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.

I received a defective product through my online order, can I return it?

We are constantly committed to offering safe and high-quality products. However, there may be rare cases where a product does not meet your expectations. If you receive a defective product, do not hesitate to contact our customer service, specifying the order code in your confirmation email, the defective item, and attaching a photo that shows the problem (if possible).

The product I received is different from what I ordered. What should I do?
